WITA TENNIS 101 FOR BEGINNERS This provides a comprehensive guide for beginner tennis players, divided into different stages based on skill levels. <br>Beginner stage 1: Just Starting out<br>•Skill level 2.0 & Below: Focuses on grips, stroke shape, footwork, serve, return, third shot basics, rally play, and game rules.<br>Beginner stage 2: Improver beginner<br>•Skill Level: 2.0 to 2.5: Covers doubles strategy and positioning (Standard, Aussie & I Formations), partner communication and movement, situational match play (Cross Eye, Dingles & Live ball)<br>Learning and playing tennis offer numerous benefits, both physical and mental.
