The sessions cover various areas of tennis development, including warm up, tennis fitness, speed & agility, specific movements patterns, mobility, strength, balance, stamina/ conditioning & biomechanics. Each session has its own unique theme. The program aims to create an inclusive & diverse environment where participants can feel a sense belonging among others in the Ummah, Separate sessions for Brothers & Sisters.
1.Beginner-Fundamental Stage 1.5/2.0
2. improver- Emerging Stage 2.0/2.5
3. Intermediate- Established Stage 3.0/3.5
4. Advance- Embedded Stage 4.0/4.5
