Performance Level training designed for men looking to improve their match play and gain game based coaching tips- which will be on going during the duration of the session.
Mastery of Ground Strokes:- Hitting with Topspin, increasing hitting rate, less errors with harder hitting! Higher net clearance, essential for beating skilful players. Developing faster swing and keeping the ball in play!
Mastery of Volley:- Feeling venerable when volleying? Bad hands at the net, a lot of the time, you are not placing the balls where it’s meant to go! We will help you fix this through movement, footwork and compactness of the arm!
Serve Mastery:- It starts the Game- Hence essential practice! Area’s covered, Stance, the throw/Toss of the ball, leg drive for power, understanding supination and pronation and where the racket should finish.
We will deliver sessions on the Following:-
* Warm Up Pyramid ( 6 Essential steps)
* Tennis Movement Patterns (First step-Movement & Recovery).
* Tennis Mobility
* Tennis Speed/ Agility & Quickness (SAQ)
* Strength & Conditioning(S & C)
* Tennis Exercise's for Clay
Great way to challenge yourself and meet others.
